Return Policy
Effective Date: 15th August 2025
At Elephant-7 Engine Oil, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if there are any issues, our Return Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Manufacturing defect or leakage in sealed container.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Returns are not accepted for:
Opened or partially used products.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Custom/Private-Label products made as per customer branding.
2. Return Procedure
Customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery through email or phone with order/invoice details.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.
Upon approval, the customer must ship/hand over the product to the address provided by Elephant-7.
Return shipping charges are usually borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Verification & Replacement
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of acceptance/rejection.
If accepted, the customer may choose a replacement product or credit note for future purchase.
4. Offline Bulk Orders (Dealer/Distributor/Wholesaler)
Returns for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior agreement with our sales team.
Note: Elephant-7 reserves the right to reject returns if products do not meet the conditions above.
