Refund Policy
Effective Date: 15th August 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Elephant-7 Engine Oil, both online and offline.
1. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Order cancelled before dispatch.
Returned product approved under our Return Policy (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
Overpayment or duplicate payment due to technical error.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.) within 7–10 working days after approval.
In case of offline bulk transactions, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/cheque as per mutual agreement.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Custom/Private-Label products are not eligible for refund once production has started.
Refunds will not be processed for delay in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.
4. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Note: Elephant-7 reserves the right to deduct transaction/processing fees (if applicable) before issuing refunds.
