Delivery Policy

At Elephant-7 Engine Oil, we are committed to ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products to all our authorized buyers. This Delivery Policy explains how we manage shipping, logistics, timelines, and responsibilities for both offline and online orders.

1. Sales Channels Covered

Offline Orders (Physical Sales): Orders placed directly by Dealers, Distributors, and Wholesalers through our sales representatives, official email, or phone communication.

Online Orders (Website/App): Orders placed by Dealers, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers via our official Website (www.elephant7.co.in) or Mobile App.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after confirmation of payment (unless a credit arrangement exists).

Custom/Private-Label orders may require additional time for production and packaging, depending on quantity and design approval.

Once processed, customers receive a dispatch confirmation with shipment/tracking details (where available).

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery (for ready stock): Typically 5–10 working days within India, depending on the delivery location.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation, based on stock and transport availability.

Custom/Private-Label Orders: Timelines vary and are shared case-by-case.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics delays, transport strikes, natural events, or force majeure conditions.

4. Shipping Method & Responsibility

Offline bulk orders are usually shipped via authorized transporters or logistics partners mutually agreed upon with the Dealer/Distributor/Wholesaler.

Online orders (Website/App) are shipped through reputed courier/logistics services to the Retailer’s registered address.

Once goods are handed over to the transporter/courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer unless insurance is specifically requested.

5. Shipping Charges

Offline Orders: Shipping charges may be borne by the buyer or included in the negotiated terms.

Online Orders: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout, unless otherwise mentioned under promotional/free-shipping offers.

6. Delivery Verification

Buyers must verify the quantity, product type, and condition of goods at the time of delivery.

Any shortage, damage, or tampering must be reported immediately to the transporter and Elephant-7 within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence and invoice details.

7. Non-Delivery & Delays

Elephant-7 is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies, transport strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

In case of undelivered shipments, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the logistics partner.

8. International Orders

Currently, Elephant-7 products are supplied within India only. International deliveries may be introduced in the future under separate terms.
